Who We Are : Impeccable Home is a registered business in Australia, offering professional cleaning and painting services for homes and businesses. Purchases: If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the website (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email, and phone number. Changes We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Bookings and Payments: Bookings can be made via our website, phone, WhatsApp or email. Special cleaning(move-in/move-out) will require a 30% deposit in advance. Professional painting services (interior and exterior services) will require a 30% deposit in advance. We accept payments via bank transfer, On-Site Payment (Cash or Card): You may choose to pay on the day of service, either in cash or via mobile card payment. Please notify us in advance if you intend to use this method. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice to avoid fees, Cancellations within 24 hours of service will incur a 50% fee, No refunds are issued for completed services, If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours. We will review and, if appropriate, re-do the job at no extra cost. Access to Property: Clients must ensure our team can access the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, a missed visit fee may apply. Safety and Personal Items: Our team handles your property with care and professionalism, We are not responsible for lost or damaged valuables that are not securely stored. Please safeguard your personal items before our arrival. Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be happy with our work. If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours so we can return and make things right (when reasonably justified). Intellectual Property: All website content including text, images, and logos is the property of Impeccable Home. Do not reproduce or use without written permission.
